Each personalised piece is embroidered to order. Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for production before dispatch. After dispatch, economy delivery takes approximately 10–15 days and express delivery approximately 3–5 working days. Production and delivery are separate estimates.

Spot clean gently with a mild detergent. Avoid machine washing where possible, do not tumble dry, and keep out of direct sunlight to protect both the velvet color and the embroidery.
